In 2013, Merritt completed an interior fit-out for bwtech&UMBC Research and Technology Park. This fit-out was for their CyberHive which is a business development co-working environment. Cyber companies seeking opportunities with the government, military and commercial sectors can join the CyberHive for a monthly fee, gaining access to the modernly designed shared offices, kitchen area, coffee bar, private phone booths and other comfortable co-working spaces. The space also features well-equipped conference rooms and lockers.
