Merritt Rebrands for Its Future by Sticking to the Past

Scott Dorsey, CEO of Merritt Companies, recently sat down with the Baltimore Business Journal to talk about the vision behind Merritt’s rebranding efforts.

He explains the story behind the mansard in Merritt Properties’ original logo and how that transitioned into a new logo. Dorsey also introduces Merritt Companies, an all-encompassing brand that houses the three Merritt entities: Merritt Properties, Merritt Construction Services, and Merritt Clubs.
