Top Project Winner - Development - Crescent Business Center

Crescent Business Center’s Building 7 was developed to meet the needs of a national healthcare tenant and was completed in 2025. The 32,000-square-foot light-industrial facility features 20-foot clear heights, a 155-foot truck court, dock access, and flexible 30-by-40-foot column spacing to support efficient operations.

Challenging site conditions, including extensive unsuitable soils, required innovative stabilization techniques, while interior construction began before the building was fully enclosed to maintain the schedule. Through careful sequencing and coordination, the tenant successfully moved in on time, marking the successful delivery of a fully operational facility.
