Platinum Excellence - Renovation - CB Flooring

CB Flooring wanted to modernize and refresh their workspace in Columbia, MD. After discussing their vision with Merritt, a renovation plan was developed to increase CB Flooring’s on-site warehouse storage, redesign their existing office layout and renovate their showroom to create a modern and appealing space for their clients. 

Renovations for CB Flooring started in December 2023 and were divided into 3 separate phases. Merritt increased CB Flooring’s total warehouse space to 26,000-SF by demolishing 6,000 SF of existing office and converting it back into warehouse. Merritt also utilized our in-house design team to re-design and renovate the restrooms, conference rooms, employee breakroom, and showroom/design library. With the help of our designers and contractors, Merritt created a modern, clean, and inviting space.
