Industrial Project of the Year - Development - Crescent Business Center

Crescent Business Center’s Building 7 is a 32,000-square-foot light-industrial building developed on an accelerated schedule to meet the needs of a national healthcare tenant. Sitework began in February 2025, with the building completed in August 2025. Innovative soil stabilization techniques were used to address challenging site conditions, while interior buildout began before full enclosure to maintain the schedule.

Building 7 reached full occupancy with three leases executed within its first year, adding light-industrial space to the Greater Richmond Area. The project demonstrates efficient, tenant-focused development while supporting continued growth in Hanover County.
