Gold Excellence - Renovation - Firaxis Games

In January 2022, Merritt Construction Services (MCS) completed a $1.4 million expansion for Firaxis Games at 10 Loveton Circle in Sparks, Maryland. An 8,500 SF structure was added to the existing 41,000 SF one-story office space. Firaxis Games, a popular video game development company, found increasing demand for higher quality sounds in the video gaming industry, and therefore, needed to upgrade their workplace to include six new soundproof studios and one specialty livestream room into the existing building.
