Diamond Excellence - Renovation - Beachmont Pool

Beachmont, a nonprofit organization providing faith-based programming and summer camp opportunities, needed to expand its pool complex to accommodate its growing community. After more than 40 years with an unchanged facility, Beachmont partnered with Merritt Construction Services to modernize the complex and increase capacity. The renovation transformed the existing pool into four distinct swimming areas and added a new teaching pool, creating five swimming areas with capacity for up to 620 people. The pool house was also expanded and renovated to include new locker rooms, changing areas, ADA restrooms, a nurse’s station, offices, and a new pump room.

The project required an accelerated schedule, with construction taking place between summer camp sessions from September 2024 through May 2025. Challenging site conditions, winter construction, and an active campus required careful planning and coordination. The result is a modern aquatic facility built to better serve Beachmont’s growing community.
