Diamond Excellence - Interior Fitout - SC&H

SC&H wanted to create a new corporate headquarters that would provide a modern, collaborative workspace for its employees in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The 26,395-square-foot interior fit-out at 226 Schilling Circle included workstations, private offices, conference rooms, huddle areas, and a welcoming lobby featuring a living green wall. Approximately 660 linear feet of glass partitions were incorporated throughout the space to maximize transparency and natural light, while acoustic baffles added both visual interest and sound control.

The project also required careful integration with the building’s existing hydronic heating and cooling system. With a firm relocation deadline of December 30, 2025, construction was completed in just 110 days through strategic sequencing and close coordination. Merritt delivered the project on budget and ready for SC&H’s transition into its new headquarters.
