Best Industrial Park - Development - White Marsh Interchange Park

White Marsh Interchange Park transformed a former 500,000-square-foot vehicle transmission plant into a modern industrial park in White Marsh, Maryland. Strategically located near I-95, the 56-acre park will ultimately offer 750,000 square feet of industrial and warehouse space. Phase 1 included three buildings totaling 235,900 square feet, designed with flexible layouts and features to support a variety of tenants.

Construction began in June 2023, with Phase 1 completed on-time and on-budget in May 2024. Sustainability was prioritized throughout the redevelopment, including recycling materials from the former plant and reusing crushed concrete for onsite paving. Strong leasing activity has established the park as a growing industrial destination in White Marsh.
