Award of Merit - Renovation - MT Laney

In 2018, having outgrown their existing location, concrete company MT Laney purchased a property at 5941 Bartholow Road in Eldersburg that had potential for a new headquarters. MT Laney turned to Merritt Construction Services to transform this existing structure into a new office/warehouse building to house their growing workforce.

The original 8,271-SF office/warehouse building was constructed in 1988 and in poor condition. Therefore, the MT Laney project included a complete demolition and reconstruction of the existing office, partial demolition and renovation of the warehouse, new building systems, and new interior and exterior finishes.
