This homeowner wanted to update their
bathroom to a more modern look. They picked a very modern vessel style
sink with in-wall mounted faucet. The vanity base was a standard Ikea
cabinet that was modified from 24" down to 20". We also installed a deck
mount tub with a tile skirt instead of a standard tub with built in
skirt. 12"x12" porcelain tiles were installed on the floor and wrap
right up and into the tub area. We also custom made a 4"x6" free
floating style maple shelf to fit just above the sink and toilet. |

Job Type: Crawlspace Waterproofing

Date Completed: June 2009
Total Cost: $5000
Time to complete: 1 month |

| This
homeowner had a very wet crawlspace with standing water and very moist
air. We dug a trench around the perimeter of the house leading back to
the sump pit. We installed a 4" corrugated pipe with sock in the bottom
of the trench and then filled the trench with pea gravel. This allows
water to easily make it to the sump pit and be pumped out. The last step
was installing new plastic to keep the ground moisture from entering the
air. |
